As members of The Cabot Club, we want to provide you with the best experience possible. Some of you may have observed ticket resellers buying up prime seats and reselling them at higher prices. We have been looking into this and are taking a number of steps so that only members can purchase tickets during the pre-sale period.
To preserve the integrity of the Cabot Club program, and to ensure that all members have equal access to the best seating, we pledge to take these steps:
As always, to participate in member pre-sales you must be a currently registered member of the Cabot Club at the Turquoise level or higher.
There is now a four (4) ticket limit per member during the pre-sale period. If you need more than four tickets, please contact Jen Gonyea at email@example.com to make arrangements.
Presale codes and private links are for your private use and may not be shared with non-members.
Non-members who purchase tickets during a member pre-sale will have their orders canceled and refunded.
Your access to pre-sales is for the purpose of purchasing tickets for your own use and not for listing them for resale.
You may transfer your tickets to family members or friends for their personal use.
If you find you are unable to attend a concert, you are allowed to put your tickets up for resale for no more than 15% over face value on the Ticketmaster resale platform only.
We strongly advise against using other resale platforms because The Cabot does not guarantee tickets purchased from unverified third-party resellers.
The Cabot reserves the right to cancel ticket orders if these guidelines are not withheld and your membership is subject to review and possible cancellation.
We greatly value the support of our members and we will continue to do our part to ensure you continue to have the best seats in the house.
